The ZY-JH series die-casting exhaust gas purifier is a specialized R&D project initiated by our company in 2015. Through over twenty rounds of on-site practical testing and optimization, the product achieves effective control in noise reduction, manufacturing costs, and maintenance expenses, with energy consumption outperforming comparable products. Limitations of Traditional Purification Solutions
Conventional methods (including centralized piping systems and standalone plasma devices) require extracting fumes generated during operations into pipelines for transport to purification units. This approach not only restricts airflow volume due to pipeline diameter limitations but also allows oil contaminants to accumulate within pipes, frequently triggering combustion incidents-a critical safety risk.
Innovative Technical Principles
The newly developed ZY-JH series purifier adopts mechanical separation and graded purification technology, enabling customized filter material configurations across processing units for multi-stage treatment under varying operational conditions. Key design innovations include:
Pipeline-Free Direct Integration: Filter units are embedded directly above the mold spray zone within a movable cover, with fans externally positioned behind processing units, eliminating interconnecting pipelines.
Negative-Pressure Guided Purification Path: Leveraging fan-generated negative pressure, fumes from temperature-preservation furnaces and dosing systems are compelled to pass through the mold spray zone. Initial contaminants undergo primary filtration, where oil deposits on filter surfaces are continuously self-cleaned by atomized water mist.
Three-Stage Purification Process: Post-primary treatment, gases proceed to a secondary water-air separation unit, followed by a tertiary adsorption unit to address unaccounted non-methane hydrocarbons.
Design Advantages and Safety Assurance
This technology eradicates combustion risks caused by excessive oil accumulation and resolves filter clogging from oil adhesion. Purified air is channeled through an integrated top duct system for centralized emission. The movable cover operates via pneumatic cylinder controls, ensuring flexible positioning.
